Alan Guillaudeu graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance in 1975. He then attended the University of Colorado at Denver taking Master Degree level classes in Accounting in order to qualify for the CPA Exam.
While attending classes, he worked with H & R Block and several small CPA firms preparing income taxes and financial statements.
In 1980, he received his CPA certificate. He continued to work with small to medium size CPA firms, until he started his own CPA practice in September, 1984.
Since 1984, he has prepared income tax returns for small corporations, partnerships, profit sharing plans, and individuals along with preparing reviewed and compiled financial statements for clients. |
